If you don’t know the name of the bird, take a picture or draw it, making notes about its colour, size and anything special that might identify it.  If you can’t find the name straight away, add the picture and notes to the folder anyway – someone from another class might know or you might come across it yourself another time. 



Your school's Herbarium PLUS folder will become more interesting, useful and valuable as you add more information.

Listen to their calls

Look up your plant in www.noosasnativeplants.com.au under "Associated Species".    If you can add information about other birds using the plant, please contact us.
